Our History

Three Generations of Travel Expertise

APG Incentives has a family legacy in the travel industry dating back to 1951, when Louis Some founded Some Insurance Agency in Newark, New Jersey. His son, Richard Some, expanded the family business into travel and later into corporate incentive travel programs.

In 1987, Andy Some joined the family business, bringing his marketing expertise to the incentive travel industry. The company evolved into Incentive Connections, which was acquired by Navigant in 2004. In 2006, Carlson Marketing acquired Navigant's operations, bringing Andy's experience into one of the industry's leading incentive marketing organizations.

In 2009, Andy established Accelerated Performance Group (APG), combining decades of industry experience with a personalized approach to incentive travel and performance improvement.

Today, APG Incentives continues that family tradition, delivering exceptional incentive travel experiences backed by creative marketing, personalized service, and hands-on leadership.
